From 22nd February 2021, Kings Oak Primary Learning Centre is a cashless school and has an online payment system for parents called SIMS Pay. This system allows you to pay for various school-related items, such as:
- School Dinners
- Trips and Visits - Deposits and Payments
- Breakfast Club
- Other items for purchase will be added as the system is developed.
Kings Oak Primary Learning Centre has adopted a strict NO DEBT policy relating to school meals and breakfast club. Money owed affects the school’s overall budget and must be settled promptly. You can read all about our no debt policy which you can read HERE.
In order to use the system, each parent requires their own Microsoft Google, AppleID, Facebook or Twitter account. Sims Pay uses these accounts to provide secure authentication when you sign in and do not require any additional information from your account, only what is needed for authentication.
Once you have your Microsoft Account you will also need an Activation Code which will be needed when you register with the SIMS Pay system. If you have not received your activation code please contact the school office by email at SimsPay@kingsoakplc.org.uk. who will be able to help you with your activation. Activation Codes have an expiry date so it is important that you use them before the date expires which will be shown on the letter we send to you.
To access the system simply click on the SIMS Pay icon on the right of the page. Once registered and activated you will be able to purchase items through the system.
Please note that the system sends e-mails to the account you specify when you sign up to complete the registration process if you do not receive them please check your Spam and Junk Folders.
If you are unable to pay online please contact the school office who will issue a unique PayPoint card. This will allow you to pay by cash at local many outlets or the post office.
Any credit or debit currently held on your lunch account will automatically transfer across to Sims Pay.
