If your child is still on the RWI phonics program, they will be bringing home a QR code this week. The QR code gives you access to 10 interactive phonics videos to support your child's reading. The videos for each child match the current sounds and words that they are working on this half term. We would like you to try and focus on two videos per week so that children aren't overwhelmed watching them all at once. This will really support your child's progress and help to prepare the year 1 children for the phonics screening at the end of year 1. Also please remember to read the reading books that are sent home on three occasions per week to develop fluency (books are changed every Friday and a new one is sent home). Please sign and comment on the record card to show when it has been read.
