Good Afternoon,

We have a lot of children not booking onto Breakfast Club as required. We have kindly asked in previous notifications that children are booked on to Breakfast Club by 3:30pm the day before your child is attending. This is for staff ratios, so we have the correct number of staff members present for the children on the day for supervision. It is crucial moving forward that parents are following the protocol of the online booking system as there are a lot more attendees arriving into Breakfast Club. If we have any more children arriving without booking in advance, there is a possibility we may have to turn them away.
