Dear Parents and Carers,

After extensive issues with online payments, we have finally secured a new payment provider. We will now be using a cloud-based school management information system called Bromcom.

As the system is cloud-based, we can offer you the ability to interact with the information we hold about your child with an app called ‘My Child at School’ – also referred to as MCAS. If you have a child at Netherwood you will already be familiar with the app.

MCAS, which is available for both iOS and Android devices, will allow us to contact you with important school messages, and share school documents. You will also be able to see the personal information we hold about you and your child; you may update this information, at any time, which helps keep our records up to date. Dinner money and all school payments will also run though MCAS.

We would like to invite you to use the app. Following this message, you should receive another email that will contain a link to set your password for MCAS.

If you have not received an email asking to set your password by tomorrow lunch time, please email office@kingsoakplc.org.uk including your child’s details and your up to date telephone number and email address.

This is a new system to us all but we did not want to delay getting the system up and running, therefore we have sped up the process. So please bear with us while we navigate this system.
