Dear Parents / Carers,

After the holidays our Foundation Stage 2 children are going to begin their topic of growing and changing. The children are going to be learning about the different ways that they can take care of their local environment. As part of our learning, we will be visiting our local park to carry out a litter pick during the first week back at school after the Easter holidays. Nursery children will also be taking part in a litter pick but this will be on our school premises.

This afternoon, your child will have returned home with a sponsorship form for this event. We are hoping to raise a little bit of money to help improve the resources we have in our outdoor area. Any sponsorship, no matter how big or small will be very gratefully appreciated. We can't thank you enough for the support you give us with all of our events and we look forward to seeing all of the children back at school after the Easter Holidays.
