ACTION REQUIRED - Our online payment system has changed - Register today!

From today, Monday 22nd February 2021, the school will no longer be accepting any cash or cheque payments. We are inviting you to use our new secure e-payment solution, SIMS Pay; allowing payment online using your email address. If you are unable to make online payments you may pay cash at PayPoint outlets or Post Offices. This provides parents/carers with greater convenience when paying for school meals, trips, after school clubs and breakfast club. It is important that you register now to enable you to make payments in the future. Please do not leave in until you have a payment to make.

We have sent out a SIMS Pay registration invitation to your email address which contains a unique invitation code and instructions on how to register. You will need this invitation code to set up your SIMS Pay account. If you have not received your registration invitation by Monday 01st March please email our designated inbox: and our office team will help you with your registration. Please give this your earliest attention ready for our return to school on Monday, 08th March.

SIMS Pay is a fantastic easy to use online payment platform that will help improve the safety and security of payments to Kings Oak Primary Learning centre and reduce the amount of cash coming into the school office. More information has been published on our website.
